You must be 25 years of age or older to book an ice house. You must present identification at the time of rental and sign our rental contract. We are happy to take families, friends and corporate parties. Safety first, we will run you through a safety orientation of the ice house, and the renter must listen. We take safety very seriously, especially when propane heating systems are used as well as generators. We will also run you through the operation of the features and amenities of the ice house. We will have a sheet for the renter to sign off on that will account for the items inside the ice house as well as the overall condition of the ice house. The renter is responsible for all damages and loss of our property during your stay. We will always be present when checking out to check the ice house's condition and ensure all of our property is present. We offer a 15-minute fishing lesson to you and your party.  We do allow dogs but we do not allow dogs on any of our furniture in the ice house. We will always provide excellent service and an experience to remember. The ice house will be cleaned when you arrive, and you are not expected to clean the ice house other than pick up after yourself. Ice fishing in Minnesota is common, and you will have neighbors on the ice. We ask that you be respectful, friendly, and pleasant, as you should expect that in return. With that being said, throwing a party, trashing the ice house, and exhibiting obnoxious behaviors such as being disruptive or obnoxiously drunk will result in a charge of $500.00 to your credit card, and you may be expected to leave the premise. We do not EVER ALLOW illegal substances in our ice houses. We do not allow smoking inside. If you smoke inside, we will charge your credit card $500.00, NO EXCEPTIONS.
